No, I know I shouldn't have eaten the cupcake, it was a gift from a fellow stall holder at our Farmers Market, and she makes the yummiest cakes, and no I shouldn't have had the wine or the cider, but yesterday was a day of re-evaluation of me, how I look and feel, and of the diet, so I let myself relax a little while I deliberated.

I've come to the big decision to stop the Cruise Phase at 11st and then listen to my body. If I continue to lose a bit on Consolidation I will know I need to lose it, if I can maintain a weight of 11st then I will be happy.

I feel great now compared to how I felt at 13st 4lbs. I climb over the gates (we live on a farm), and generally move so much freer, I run up and down stairs and just move more in general without feeling tired. I can do almost all of the exercises on my Dvds without feeling like an elephant prancing round the living room.

I have lost 23lbs up to now and need to lose another 9lbs to get to my new Target Weight. I think a total 32lb weight loss would be good enough to get me to a healthy BMI and finish off toning up my figure.

I informed the Dukan Website and they immediately put me onto the Consolidation Phase this morning, now that gave me a shock when I opened the email. So I've asked to go back on Cruise until I get these last few pounds shifted. Then I will go for it.
